I Use to Do Rasengan and Chidori Together and name it RaseDori
I know that wind and electric dont Work together but maybe u can make a idea
like that using the basis of that.
Or maybe just use that 1

But u have to have like Uzimaki and Uhicha clan to learn it
Cause it concidered a combination
and have to have Fuuton(Wind) and Raiton(Thunder) Element
